Access to Medicines
Reshma Ramachandran is a 3rd year medical student at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. After working abroad in the field of patient safety and quality improvement and seeing the work of organizations such as MSF and the Global Fund, she is excited to shift gears to further explore the impact of the lack of essential medicines in developing countries. She will apart of the Access to Medicines Committee in the PharmFreeCampaign and hopes to engage medical students and faculty in discussions about generic medicines, patents, and more. Reshma is originally from Miami, FL and enjoys boxing, running, eating at new places, and dancing to old school jams/electro-indie music.
